Globe-trotting indie rock songstress Anna Smyrk is curing the lockdown blues with a cheeky live video for her latest single ‘The Excavator’. Giving fans a glimpse of what is sure to be expected once the live music circuit opens up again here in Australia, ‘The Excavator' follows on the coattails of her previous single ‘Human Condition’ as the second track lifted from her imminent EP The Hour Between Us, scheduled to be released independently Thursday 7 October.

Recorded with Harley Stewart at Fight Night Studios, Melbourne by local independent production house Shoelace Creative, and mixed by Julian Abrahams, the video is a powerful display of Anna Smyrk’s seasoned songwriting and immense musicality.
