Sarah Guppy (she/her) — Owner / Director
Sarah Guppy is an accomplished music industry professional with a global perspective, having worked in Australia, the UK, and Asia. She is the owner of This Much Talent's Naarm/Melbourne office, which she established after working in their London office. Her extensive experience encompasses producer, songwriter, and artist management, as well as marketing, publicity, radio servicing, and event production. Sarah has curated and programmed for iconic music venues Revolver, Shadow Electric, and Horse Bazaar (Japanese-owned venue). Her curatorial work extends to her event series, Label of Love (a record label series) and Labour of Love (a music artist exhibition series), and live acts for events such as Melbourne Fashion Week and Mountain Goat’s Cans and Bands with The Social Crew.
In 2025, This Much Talent produced the return on the VMDO's (Victorian Music Development Office) networking breakfast event, APAC Exchange, hosting international guests from Vietnam, the Music & Data Insights Summit held over two days at Collingwood Yards in Naarm and was the publicist for the Korea Spotlight events with Live-Nation and Korean Agency Kyte.
Since 2023, This Much Talent has managed Australia's annual global Record Store Day event. This includes overseeing the national event's direction, coordinating with over 200 stores, managing local releases, and handling sponsorship, marketing, and social media strategy. In late 2024, Sarah was appointed Director for the global event in Australia.
Previously, as the COO & CCO of Singapore-based company Gig Life Pro, Sarah brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help create purposeful networking and educational opportunities for their curated global community. Her unique global perspective and strategic insights ensured that the company was well-equipped to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the music industry. Sarah hosted over 150 international music industry online networking events. She worked on trade missions and networking events in London, Tokyo, Singapore, Seoul, Busan, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Sydney, Manila and more.
Sarah has spoken on panels at various industry conferences and events, including BIGSOUND (Brisbane), Face The Music (Melbourne), Melbourne International Jazz Festival, Stonnington Jazz Festival, APRA & Music Victoria Workshops (Melbourne), SONIK (Manila), Indie Week (Canada), Mondo NYC (USA), Vietnam Music Week, Indie-Con (Adelaide, Australia), Taiwan Beats (Taiwan), Ministry of Culture of Mongolia, and Bangkok Music City (Thailand).
Additionally, she has served as a mentor for programs such as The Push, Live Music Professionals, MIME (Music Industry Mentoring Edge with Box Hill Institute), and the AIR Women in Music Mentor program.
Sarah also contributes to several industry advisory committees, including those for RMIT's Bachelor of Arts Music Industry, Box Hill Institute's Bachelor of Music Industry and Collarts' Entertainment Management Course.
Erin Larkins (she/her) — Communications and Project Manager
Erin Larkins is communications manager, project manager, and social media manager specialising in brand development and strategic promotional plans, currently working for Naarm/Melbourne based agency This Much Talent alongside Sarah Guppy. Alongside their PR campaigns, This Much Talent project manage Record Store Day Australia, a global event celebrating the communities that make up independent stores, record collectors, musicians, and more, with Sarah appointed the local director in 2024.
Through This Much Talent, Erin has worked across local artist releases including Audrey Powne, The Grogans, Nat Vazer, Thndo, and Charlie Needs Braces, and worked across local tour campaigns for international artists including Accusefive, Amber Liu, DPR, and the Australia and New Zealand PR campaigns for Mỹ Anh, MINH, Cait Lin 凱琳, and more.

Her background in creative arts ignited a passion for working within the industry and see creatives thrive, having participated in AIR’s Women in Music Mentoring Program, and coming from roles at Box Hill Institute and Tremoverse Records alongside Label Director Merida Sussex, where she developed release strategies, and youth music camp Magnify. Alongside these roles, Erin previously worked freelance for her artist community building their brand and audience through social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
Sarah and Erin’s combined experience in the music industry allows them to initiate and maintain strong relationships via networking, cultivating partnerships, and working with artists directly.
